Friendly, helpful staff greeted us each time we went through the lobby. Boutique hotel feel with crystal chandeliers, antique mailbox and winding staircase. Great location-only a few blocks to Union Station, the Capitol, restaurants, museums. My friend & I enjoyed talking in the 2nd floor lobby where coffee and tea are available. Loved the duel shower head/wand and marble shower.

PHOENIX PARK is my go-to hotel when I visit DC. The location coupled with the clean and spacious rooms makes Phoenix Park the perfect choice. Good job Phoenix Park!

I rated them 4 stars as the hotel. The hotel is very clean and the elevators work perfectly. There is a great Irish pub attached and the food is very well made. I took a star off as it was not the room I thought I would be paying for (I got a handicap room) and the walls were not clean, there were some marks that they could definitely paint over really quick. This hotel is located really close to Union Station!! Just a great location that is near a lot of tourist attractions and restaurants! 15 minute walk from Capital One Arena! The hotel has been recently renovated and is very modern and comfortable. The room I had, had no carpeting (modern) and it had great air condition and heat controls. If booking through AAA, definitely double check before checking out at the hotel about the bill. I was charged for valet when I did not valet with the hotel, however, they fixed the mistake right away. I am very thankful of how easy it was booking through AAA.

Very friendly and accommodating staff! We arrived with muddy bicycles as well as ourselves from our trip from Pittsburgh to DC. They helped us with storage of our bikes and after checkout the next day, safely held onto our baggage while we toured the city on bike. Very helpful gearing bikes back up. Dubliner restaurant attached to hotel very good and entertainment enjoyable. Great ending to a long trip! Highly recommend staying here
