The room that we stayed at was not the room we reserved. We booked and reserved a 2 queen size bed non accessible room but they gave us a room that has 2 accessible 2 full size bed room. We felt not safe with the 2 accessible rooms and room was smelly the platform bed was dirty, there's pet hair on the chair the tv has no good perception. Because we felt not comfortable at all to the room they gave us, we checked out very early the next day around quarter to five in the morning. I, my wife and my son was not happy, uncomfortable at all staying at the Lake Arrowhead hotel. Its so sad that the hotel has a room like what they gave us to stayed at.
It wasn't the among the newer places, but it was at a great location and had a nice clean room with friendly and helpful staff.
Beautiful view, staff was great. But it's looking run down. Worn out sofas in the lobby, so they have dimmed the lights. Sheer curtain in my room, dragging on the floor and torn. Lamp shade worn and light bulb burned out. Just that attention to detail, keeping things up was disappointing. Perhaps just having a hard time financially post-COVID.
