The hotel needs a lot of updating. The telephone in my room did not work and neither did the coffee maker. The room was very out dated but clean. They were updating the first floor entrance and breakfast area. The area is not the best.
Whoever cleaned our room forgot to finish. The bathroom had straight dark hair on the floor and in the tub, and the sink had calcium deposits on the faucet, and multiple smears on the counter. (I’m a curly haired ginger, and my husband has short silver hair). One pillowcase was put on inside out. There was no plastic liner in the ice bucket. The lotion was already half empty. It was as if they started the room, then got called away before finishing. It was actually pretty disgusting. I took photos as proof, and will try to add them. And the toilet paper roll was nearly empty, and was left hanging down about a foot. The second spot where another roll should be, was totally empty.
