Great stay
It was a nice place, except that we felt it needed to be updated, especially the carpet which looked quite old.

Due to the staff. We had a very early flight. When I called the day before to ask if we could drop our bags off and just wait for check in, I was told by a very nice gentleman that there would be a chance of us having a early check in. When we arrived it was before 11, so we didn’t expect to check in at that time. However when our friends arrived by 1 they were able to check in early. This upset me since we had been waiting to check in early. After I said something about it, I was told by a woman that if we were willing to take a king size bed instead of 2 queens she could check us in. I thought she should have mentioned this to me at the start, instead of me having to say something to her first. Total lack of customer service. I would have offered that in the beginning instead of telling us we would have to wait till 3. Of course we were fine with a king size bed. We were a couple! Husband and wife. I felt she lack friendliness and was rude in not even offering to check us in early if we would be fine with a king size.

Less expensive than other area hotels, but badly in need of updating, and the free breakfast is very limited. Unlike other area hotels, parking is free.
