Hotel is bit run down and in need of room repairs such as torn curtains, tear in sofa. We went to breakfast around 8am and breakfast area was dirty and no one around cleaning up. There were no large plates left and when I asked the guy at the front desk he said they were all out and we had to use small plates. There is a dog day care on the backside of the hotel and you will most likely be awaken by barking dogs around 730 am.
