The room was very noisy the window would not close all the way , there was a night club playing loud music every night and a crying baby next door for our entire stay . Walls were very thin , we did not rest at all . The management staff was rude and did not help us on anything , they were all young and e experienced and unprofessional. We paid a lot money for a 4 star hotel which should have been one star of two at most .
