The property is old, which of itself is not an issue, it’s that there is no warmth or beauty. The rooms and public area are stark and ugly. The room has a bare floor with harsh lighting. It is not in a great location. The parking places are tiny. We are not large people, but could hardly get in and out of our car.
We are disappointed to hear that the Hotel Nexus BW Signature Collection fell short of expectations. Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback.
