Holiday Inn Express & Suites Phoenix North-Scottsdale

We stayed six nights. The first full day was great, our room was cleaned, new soap, towels, wash cloths, bed was made! This was the vacation I needed!! Then in the next days service slowly stopped. It was to the point we did not have trowels! There were none. One evening we got two really old pool towels. We had an event and I had no towel to shower. It was 110 or something so yea I needed one and so did my husband. One night we got two bath towels and no wash cloth or hand towels. Two hand towels one night that were used as bath towels. We purchased and left a big white Common Thread towel. Usually people take towels. This was so bad we left bought and left them! The pool had not circulated in one whole day. No pool towels. I reported this. I love the pool areas. I used this area every day. That’s when the little things like no coffee in the morning, the wait was not long, the scratch on my leg from a branch that was not moved in a week, in the back sidewalk, on the way to the pool, the kids who appeared not to be allowed in their room, right outside our door. Little league stuff. All this start to build. Room service. The app looks like Holiday Inn. Two hours for one pizza. It’s out sourced. We stayed here last year and loved it!
