A short walk to the falls and the casino, rooms are a good size and feature balconies. A nicely landscaped outdoor pool area offers a pleasant retreat in the summer months. The restaurant's large patio is ideal for people-watching. Smoke free premises. 122 units. 6 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

The reservation explicitly said breakfast was included in the price. When I went to the front desk to check on breakfast hours, I was advised in no uncertain terms that my AAA rate did NOT include breakfast, furthermore, the unpleasant clerk behind the desk on 9-22 late afternoon ( no name tag) said it would be 15 CAD if I reserved on the spot, otherwise price would double to 30 CAD if made later. Needless to say, we were greatly inconvenienced having to go looking for breakfast elsewhere on 2 different rainy mornings. Quite unacceptable.. During checkout another clerk clarified we had been entitled to breakfast, but did not offer any discount for services not rendered.

Very old. Slow check in. Restaurant told us they do their own exchange rate and charged us 30$ more than it should have been.

Everything was clean and neat. Staff was friendly and helpful. House keeping didn't vacuum or sweep my floors while I there. (On first day sand accidently spilled out from my water shoes.)
The hotel is clean. The beds & pillows were comfortable. The hotel restaurant is a great choice for dining in the area. Skylon Tower, Fallsview Casino, a convenience store, & Niagara Falls are all within walking distance. Excellent location, clean hotel, & attentive staff.
The room was clean, the staff were pleasant, and the hotel was centrally located.
