I was given a room for a person with accessibility needs. I did not request it. I was hoping for a bathroom with a tub. The couch had chunks missing. I wasn't sure whether the sheets were clean so I slept on top of the bed. It doesn't really matter that a property is old, but it does matter when it's not maintained or exudes age. The carpet looks old, the paint looks old, the fixtures look old. The paint in the bathroom had been applied when the wall was wet so it is buckling (room 212)..
