Summer's here, and with that comes the incompatible room rates for hotels in the Berkshires and other seasonal communities. This is the time of the year that these folks make most of their yearly earnings. With that in mind, if you are looking for luxury accommodations, look elsewhere. If you're looking for a clean room near the heart of the action (i.e. Tanglewoods) give these guys a shot. Yes, the room rate is significantly out of whack for what you are getting, but like I said, the room is realtively clean. The only thing I would warn against is the free breakfast. It's a packaged danish-type product. You'll be happier giving your patronage to one of the mom and pop restaurants in the area.
