We went to the hotel and checked in. We ended having to leave the location upon seeing the room. Room 211 Mattresses were wrapped in plastic. Dirt was on the floor. The bathroom had scum in the toilet and tub. I returned to the desk to advise them of the condition of the room. They stated a family was living there for 4 months and had just left today. The front desk representative by the name of Tanya had just arrived and was unaware of the conditions of the room and didn’t understand why her colleague in her previous shift had given me that room. Tanya gave me another room, room number 138. I went to that room. I was unable to go into the room. The key wasn’t working. While trying to get into the room, boxes of empty alcohol bottles were left in the hallway, a drug deal happened before my eyes and the place was just not safe, clean or secure.
