Clean, good value, spectacular complimentary breakfast. However, the elevator didn’t work when we checked out and we had to carry our luggage down 2 flights of stairs. We could also hear the people next to us. But the breakfast made up for all of that!
The room smelled musty with a sour smell. Ran the bathroom fan all night and still couldn’t get rid of the smell. Room wasn’t cleaned well. Dust on the floor and coffee drip stains on the counter. We didn’t drink any coffee. Hair dryer only had one setting that worked and barely blew my hair dry. Asked for late check out, was given an extra hour but was locked out of the room at regular check out time. Came back to find the doors locked and someone had entered the room. I left the privacy shade up and it was completely down when we returned. Spent 15 minutes getting that taken care of at the front desk. Lost time and had to rush to get ready for our event. Very stressful and unnecessary. Spend more money and stay somewhere else. Would not return here in the future.
The room was so nice and clean. The sheets were nice and clean. Breakfast every morning was top notch!!
