We had a guaranteed reservation through AAA. Our check-in was delayed until a room was ready. That room had no working electrical outlets. The technician that they sent to the room was unable to fix the problem. We then had to pack our belongings and move the only available room - one with no working overhead lights. We contacted both AAA and Marriott. AAA stayed in contact. Marriott, not so much
