Chair was torn TV had nothing worth watching TV software was not connecting to remote. Tried to get remote to operate, but with no success. Safety pad in tub was not spread out. In trying to get it straight, slipped on the smooth bottom of tub resulting with a broken bone in my wrist, a bleeding wound on my forearm and a bruised rib. This was not a happy trip!
The service was excellent.
The hotel is located off a busy highway and there was traffic all night. The hotel was booked so we couldn't change rooms. Ear plugs! were offered to us but it was so loud those didn't even help.
