To begin with, The hotel was very clean and the breakfast options were Exceptional. On the other hand, the front desk staff was not welcoming / cordial. The reservation the hotel had on file was not what I requested or expected and we were given a handicap accessible room next to the pool, ice machine and elevator which proved to be extremely noisy. The pillows for our king room were half the size of standard pillows. The tv guide was non-existent making it difficult to relax with a program to watch after driving 12 hours. Plus, whatever was going on in the area above us it sounded like a construction zone. Upon check out, front desk clerk was curt and rude to the point of we were an inconvenience to him.
