In a commercial area just off the interstate 495. Most of the property's traditional rooms have two double beds. The king rooms have a upholstered lounge chair and ottoman or sleeper sofa. Smoke free premises. 169 units. 6 stories, interior corridors.

The location of the Best Western Capitol Beltway was very good. Close to the New Carrollton Train Station, and not to far from The University of Maryland. Our bathroom lacked a fan, so it steamed up when we showered. Other Best Western properties where we previously stayed offered free breakfasts to the guests. This one charged $10 and change per person. We wished that the hotel had a restaurant on the premises that served supper, rather than having the guests fend for themselves. We did find a place that we could walk to. Would we stay there again? Yes.
