A beach vibe runs throughout this boutique property. Guest rooms have been recently updated and feature Illy espresso machines, surf ponchos and balconies perched over the sand. Relax at the pool at one of the many fire pits. Or hit the beach and watch the waves crash. Beach chairs and umbrellas are set up daily. To be honest, I loved my room, it was perfect, great view of the ocean, large and airy, all of the amenities were fine, we even had a yoga mat and a fan! the public areas were nice, it was cold when we were there. I did not give it a 5 for 2 reasons, first, they had a "morning room" that would have been nice to have opened during the cool weather. it was closed. and second, the breakfast left something to be desired. they did not offer coffee with the breakfast, their hope was that you would take the meal up to your room and make your own coffee. you could take juice, fruit and a pastry.
