My only complaint was the bathroom, it smelled of urine. When I brought to staff (front desk) he brought two different sprays and sprayed the bathrm. Sprays cover the odor temporally. I turned the air on to 71 in the daytime that did help a little bit but made the rm too cold. Heat at night, air on during the day when I was out. I feel Housekeeping did the best they could. In my opinion the toilet bowl needs a good good cleaning.
