Royal Caribbean's Symphony of the Seas is a beautiful ship. The staff are amazing and go out of their way to ensure your comfort and enjoyment at all times. The food in the main dining room and Windjammer buffet style meals are so delicious and freshly prepared! There are many other included food venues to also eat at. Specialty restaurants are offered for $$ and our favorite has been Chops Grille for the last 3 cruises we have taken. The shows, activities, music, bars, relaxation, etc options available are many that should keep all happily engaged! Great cruise experience - thank you Royal Caribbean and thank you AAA travel for your assistance along the way to make sure all of our needs were met. Special "thank you" for the strawberries & champagne!

Very nice ship. Loads of things to do on the ship, our AAA Cadey was very responsive with issues.

The ship was overcrowded. It was impossible to get in the pools unless people were off ship on excursions. People were rude. They crowded into already crowded elevators, walk without looking, etc. You aren't supposed to save chairs at the pool- that's a joke. The staff was great. The food was good.
