This experience provides, in addition to the benefits of mountain hiking, a very direct contact with the ancestral traditions of pastoralism in the villages through the visit to their corrals and shelters, but it also has a very strong natural component of relaxation between places. Everything is programmed at a pace that allows people to enjoy the places without haste so that they can truly take advantage of these places ... For lovers of waterfalls and lagoons it is undoubtedly an asset as several are presented along the route after lunch that are not within the reach of the normal walker ...
