The room was Very small. I saw two black bugs on bedding. I called the night manager, he suggested changing the room. I looked at a different room. big stains on floor. At that point it was late ,this hotel is sterile, Only one woman was helpful. i knew there were issues , no clock in room? no way to toll free dial in the room. My phone would not work. Overpriced. I want a refund!
