I paid top dollar for a room against a very noisy elevator shaft so sleep was not possible . It took three times calling them to get a copy of my bill which was supposed to be emailed when i checked out. I was charged for items at the tiki bar two days after check out that i never ordered and they haven’t taken off my bill.
