The man who checked me in was rude. I requested a king size bed in my advanced reservations and got two doubles. No cleaning except for every five days. No restocking of tea or coffee. Trash overflow and room key stopped working after two days. The air conditioning did not work properly. The room was warm and the fan would automatically turn off. I was very disappointed and still am. I will not stay at a Hilton again.
