Average is the best description. Had trouble with TV and took more than one time to get it right, but staff did assist. Finally had to move to new room to get TV situation correct. Never could get WiFi to work. Breakfast accommodation was barebones. I wouldn't even advertise it. When I need assistance in lobby, you have to call on house phone for someone to come to desk. At my time there, the security features for the hallway exterior doors were inactive.
