Refreshed in 2023, this all-suites property features large, modern units with pull-out sofa sleepers, dry bars and large smart TVs. Beautiful woods surround the hotel front entrance. Smoke free premises. 109 units. 3 stories, interior corridors.

Yes, my TV was broken and the remote was missing. Had to be switched out by the IT guy. The hot water was intermittently available. which was inconvenient. They did have to replace the TV and the girl who cleaned the room found the remote under one of the queen beds. She also informed me that the hit water problem has been an ongoing complaint still not remedied. Location was convenient and close to daughter's house. The jacuzzi and pool were the amenities I used and enjoyed. I would have preferred a shuttle to the airport but none available So had to turn in my rental car at the airport & get another hotel near Grand Rapids which gave me 1 day less to spend w my daughter & grandchildren in Muskegon .The bartender was great.
