We arrived before 4 and were told our room wasn't ready, which was fine. The desk person told us to wait in the lobby and she would come over and let us know when the room was ready. Over an hour later, I went back to the front desk and found through another person the room was now ready. It was disappointing that the desk lady was not at the desk nor every came to check on us or let us know anything.
