Excellent location & the hotel was very nice and modern & clean
The Hotel’s water flow in the bathroom sink tickled out. It had a twisted design so we felt it was on purpose to conserve water. There were bare bones bath toiletries, two towels and face clothes. The four pillows on the bed were VERY soft. Even putting two together didn’t work. Both my husband and I thought they were terrible. There was NO complimentary breakfast for $388.50, nothing not even a piece of bread or coffee. The coffee pot in the room was like a toy, There was only two creams, two sugars and two complimentary waters. The best part was the hotel was close to the ship. However, we had to pay another cab fee ( there was NO complimentary hotel shuttle to the cruise ship).. And there was no complimentary shuttle from the airport, seemingly how high-end the hotel represents itself to be. We wouldn’t choose this hotel again!
