Location is in a congested area. Too much traffic noise. Plus at 1:00am there was a delivery or maybe a trash truck backing up below our window. After waking up from the loud backing-up beeping, had to listen to it idling. We were on the 5th floor.

My adult daughter and I were in town for a local wedding and wanted a nice hotel but needed a quiet space to rest. Lisa at the check-in was very courteous and picked a room perfect for us. We were very pleased with every aspect of our stay - from the comfortable beds and excellent daily cleaning service to the daily Starbucks! Unfortunately we were not able to enjoy the restaurant or pools, but loved the view from our balcony. Very nice hotel that served us well!

I didn’t like the fact that the sink was outside the toilet. Also our toilet got backed up, and someone came to repair it, but it backed up again. Thankfully we were checking out that day. The parking charge was also a shock. I think $22.00 a day is outrageous!
