My stay was very uncomfortable as the desk attendant was on their cell phone when I arrived, they set down their phone but did not disconnect the call while they checked me in and spoke out loud my room location. More discretion and consideration for the safety of solo travelers is needed. The room itself was fairly clean, though it's time to update and remove the carpets for hard floors as many other hotels have done in recent years. Also, no breakfast served.
