Upon our arrival the girl at the counter didn't give us the paper work to have our room cleaned. I requested in person for our room to be cleaned and it wasn't done. I talked to the girl at the counter and she said I should have filled out the request. I told her that I asked her and the other male employee that I observed write it down on paper. When I asked her why my room wasn't cleaned she stated that I should have filled out the form for room service. No apology just advised that I should have filled out the room service form. I would have filled it out but it was never given to me. Then she advised me that it was to late because all the house keepers had hone home. It was an inconvenience because I had to keep asking for clean towels and dumping my trash. Breakfast in the morning was good and girl AC was cold. Some of the other rooms AC wasn't working.
The hotel facilities are in very poor shape with questionable cleanliness
Clean, basic hotel. The floors were not level due to settling in the building.
