Arrived at 2:50. Rooms not ready. Would not even check me in. Reason given was don’t know what room we are going to put you in. Finally got checked in at 3:30. Got in room to relax before going to concert. Found out we had no towels. Notified desk of this. Left for concert at 5:30. Still no towels. Got back from concert about midnight and still no towels. Had to go to front desk once again. Also no phones in room. How are you supposed to be notified of an emergency.
