Hotel is right next to a busy highway. The highway noise is heard in the rooms all day and night. The hotel wanted to charge us $25 to check in 30 minutes early. They charged us $100 deposit for the room when we checked in and said it would take 3-4 days to get the credit after we check out. The staff wasn’t good. One didn’t know what he was doing and took 15 minutes to check us in and another employee had to take over from him to get us checked us in. The breakfast was absolutely horrible. Food not fresh, not many choices. The scrambled eggs were spongy and inedible. The potatoes weren’t cooked enough. The ham was dry and hard. No yogurt, no fruit. Not bagels or decent bread for toast. We will never stay here.
