Very nice staff, good location, reasonable pet policy, decent breakfast. Grounds could be spiffed up a little, and a bit of strong odor in the room (? disinfectant). Minor gripes.
Place is in need of an update. Room was clean but curtains and rug were old and stained. Sofa bed had tear on cushion. No microwave. Breakfast was mediocre at best.
