Service was great with the exception of attendant wrote wrong room # and had to return to desk to get correct room number upon arrival. The parking charge was not added to my account after a very thorough discussion, she explained we had unlimited access however upon departure I couldn’t get out of the parking garage and had to back down which is very difficult it’s very confining. Parked, went back to same attendant who didn’t recognize me or recall that she checked me in and she hadn’t added the access to my account. Back down elevator to parking garage tried again and the car in front of me was having the same issue and also had to back down. Had a discussion with them explaining I encountered the same issue, my turn again at the gate and it did the same thing! Finally found the help button which does not show on the digital screen when it rejects room key and they let me out.
The hotel was in a great location, very walkable to plenty of amenities/activities. Our room was clean and quiet and had a great view of the city.
