It was confusing (I will admit that it has been several years since we traveled) that our garbage was not emptied, towels replaced, or coffee/tea was not refilled daily. On the plus when we asked things were taken care of. It was the last day when I saw the policy/ procedure regarding room care. I was traveling with four kids ages 8, 10, 12, and 13. It had gotten covered the first day by their belongings. Ha Ha! The kids loved the pool!!
