I wasn't sure what to expect at an Atlanta downtown hotel. All exterior doors and elevators required your key card to use. I really appreciated this safety precaution. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I encountered the front desk staff checking in and out and the staff setting up the breakfast. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
