The hotel staff as very nice and accommodating. The hotel is very clean . Looking forward to going back soon.
Good hotel but long distace from parking garage to Front Desk and expensive Room Service.
My weekend trip was great. Had a smooth check in with a nice view of the water. Everyone was super nice and accomadating.
This was my first time visiting this hotel. The parking lot should have more signage as it was confusing to know where the hotel was. The front desk representative was very dry and entered in an incorrect address into the system. She didn't seem to care, when I pointed it out. Later that evening I attempted to contact the front desk, room service, housekeeping and no one answered the phone. I tried again the next morning to request a later check out 12 noon versus 111 am. I was told there would be a $20, $35, $50 additional charge depending on the check out time. I decided to just check out at the scheduled time. I'm on the fence about staying at this hotel for a future visit based on my experience.

Air conditioner did not work. Called down to get assistance and no one came up. Room was so stuffy and also smelled.
