Love the balcony and view. Recently renovated so great bed and bathroom. Room had two chairs, ottoman and small table by the window so watching the ocean was terrific. Tiny fridge, no freezer. Hallway was filthy. Office doesn’t open until 7:30am so no breakfast until then either. No maid service for staying more than one night unless requested but not explained to us. Drapes were broken on one end. Poor maintenance overall. Handicapped parking was not marked. Lots of noise from room above ours. Obviously not insulated. Room key only opens doorknob and not deadbolt. No notepad or pen. The resort generally is not maintained. Barbecue requires briquettes, not provided. Hot tub ok but windows are not clean. Paths to ocean are difficult to traverse. Because we had to leave before 7:30am we didn’t get any receipt for room payment. If I have to stay there again I would try to find another motel but the location can’t be beat.
