Excellent all the way around! Rooms and hotel common areas were very clean, it was clearly a well-maintained hotel property. Very reasonable rates for the location. Nice that it was close to downtown without the noise of being located right downtown. The bed was super comfy and the shower had excellent water pressure. The staff were wonderful, super friendly and very accommodating. Wish we could have stayed for our original two nights, but the hotel was out of power the first night. They helped recommend other nearby locations that had power, were able to refund that night's stay and rebook us for the second night and comped the $10 parking charge for the extra hassle. Breakfast was great, lots of selections. I particularly loved the cinnamon batter waffles and Nutella! I would definitely stay here again when visiting Nashville!
