Bed was comfortable, but sagging on one side. Thermostat was annoying: loudly clicked twice every time the air turned on and off. Had to turn it off to be able to sleep. Bright lights outside (first floor), and there were too many gaps around the curtains. Other than than, the room and bathroom were clean (missing a hook, which I told them about), and breakfast was included.
