The first thing I noticed all the employees were very nice.. the room was super clean also the staff was very friendly and the food was delicious..
The representative was kind and did reach out to the hotel; however, I do not sense the issue was explained to the hotel. I wanted to pay more money for my reservation rate. Usually a business accommodates upgrades and encourages them. I also was asking for help within minutes of making the reservation. I was very surprised the hotel wasn't willing to accommodate an upgrade and I do not think my situation was explained well over the phone between the representative and the hotel.
