1. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. 2. The pillows were like huge bricks which gave me a stiff neck. 3. The AC wasn't very good. It was intermittent, making the room hot and cool which made it difficult to sleep. 4. The toilet was placed right up against the sink cabinet therefore awkward. 5.. The shower door seals didn't seal so water leaked onto the floor making a mess and the floor slippery. 6. The building and the room were old and dated, unlike other Doubletree hotels I've stayed at. 7. Lastly, they said my receipt would be emailed to me which they didn't. However they did charge my bank account. I stayed there Wednesday evening but I didn't receive my receipt until today,Saturday after I called them.
