The modest, budget property is located on the edge of downtown and is adjacent to a fast food restaurant. Most rooms have been recently renovated and offer TVs with streaming functionality. Second-floor rooms are only accessible by stairs. Smoke free premises. 80 units, some kitchens. 2 stories (no elevator), interior/exterior corridors.

Room was nice, clean and served our purposes well. Location was excellent. The common areas of the hotel were not clean. Construction in parking lot was bothersome. Poor amenities. Breakfast was adequate at best.
