Run down and could really use some updates.
Dirty hallway carpets especially in stairwells. In need of paint and trim repairs, broken door to outside and our room. Non-working TV in our room which couldn’t be fixed nor could we change rooms. No hot tub although they advertise there is one. Apathetic staff. No hotel credit due to unsatisfactory accommodations because we booked through AAA, essentially passing the buck. Only positive was the location so because of that they get away with a lot it seems. Would not recommend.

It was not clean and needs upgrading. Breakfast wasn’t good. Customer service was not up to par.
