Believe this is a recent renovation [Google map shows a different motel chain this location] so everything is new. Linen in particular is new, showing no sign of frequent use. Staff still in training, but early-morning desk clerk was exceptionally helpful.

Hotel was very clean and front desk personnel were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was ready when we checked in so they gave us a free upgrade.
