Attractively designed with a soothing color scheme, the motel is located just across the street from the beach. It features nicely furnished rooms. The free breakfast includes hot food. Suite rooms are located on the higher floors. Smoke free premises. 50 units, some two bedrooms and kitchens. 2 stories (no elevator), exterior corridors.

We loved it here! Very very easy beach access, quiet and clean room, loved the breakfast that was included (continental with eggs meat waffles yogurt etc etc). The staff was so nice, we used the trolley tours (tickets were 36 a piece I think?) and the trolley beach bus took us up into town. Without that parking in at Augustine would be very hard. There were good restaurants around. Overall awesome stay I have nothing but good things to say, we will be going back!!!

Property a little dated but well kept. Breakfast had plenty of options but hot features (sausage, eggs, potatoes) were not good. Plenty of free parking. 5 minute walk to beach. 7 minute walk to Sunset Grille restaurant which although rated #1 on the beach is good not great. Keep in mind there is a draw bridge to get on/off the island and we had to sit and wait both coming and going.

Very nice location and nicely renovated. Staff were helpful and as someone who is between hip surgeries, they provided a room on 1st floor near our car and with handicap bars.
