Rooms offer comfortable bedding and either a small task table or desk. Rooms with king beds have an easy chair. Bathrooms are spacious with long granite vanities and tiled tub/shower combinations. A few rooms have a jetted bathtub. Waffles are featured on the complimentary breakfast. A family-friendly restaurant is located next door. Smoke free premises. 88 units. 2 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

I booked two rooms for 5 people in each room. They put us in two 2-queen bed suites , that only had the 2 queen beds , no pull-out sofa. When I questioned at the front desk , the young boy told me that their 2-queen bed suites sleep up to 6. So , I asked him where the additional 2 people are supposed to sleep , since 2 queen beds only sleep 4. He told me that was up to me where they slept. I asked him if they were expected to sleep on the floor. Again , he told me that was up to me. I asked if we could get a cot in the room. He told me they were not available. I asked for the manager. He told me she was also not available. I asked if I could just get a refund & we would go stay somewhere else. He told me a refund was not possible. So I called customer service (on the back of my BW membership card) & they gave me 10,000 points for free , & then used those points to reserve us another room , for free. I absolutely love the BW brand , but will not stay in this location again.

We were not impressed with this hotel. Just stopped for one night during a long drive. The room wasn’t clean, there were dirty towels in our room and the refrigerator was moldy and didn’t work. My kid enjoyed the pool but the continental breakfast left much to be desired. Cereal and microwave eggs pretty much summed it up. Wouldn’t recommend or stay here again.

Hotel is badly in need of refreshing. Lobby is OK but room had mold on the shower ceiling and sagging shower curtain rod. Carpet had not been vacuumed and sheets were too small for the mattress. Paint was worn and needs to be redone. Overall, the place needs a complete update. Maid service occurred only twice in five days - not even the trash cans were emptied and I had to get new towels from the front desk

Very clean , good & comfortable bed, ok breakfast and nice employees. I seemed to have an allergic reaction to the smell of the cleaning supplies.
