Overall, things were good. However, very noisy AC unit that couldn't be adjusted and only one ice machine that wasn't on the same floor as us.

We arrived at the Best Western Plus in Salina … after driving from Denver in 108 degree heat … only to find that the pool was closed due to construction. We waited, and waited, and waited to check in. Nobody came to the front desk. Staffing issues?? Also … My daughter had to *** really badly, and the lobby restrooms in the lobby were locked. We finally gave up and went looking for another hotel where we could actually check in, use the restroom, and use the amenities … like the swimming pool … that we actually PAID for.
