Best Westerns are always a great place to stay. The rooms were clean, and staff was friendly and helpful. We are on a 17-day road trip and are staying in Best Westerns the entire trip. We can always count on Best Western Hotels.

Customer service was a plus and beds were comfortable.
The hotel needed work. The shower drain backed up on day one. The soap dispenser in the shower was broken, so no soap(!) A guest smoked in their room, setting off the building fire alarm, evacuating everyone... at midnight. Included breakfast was mediocre. Pleasant staff, but not a great place over all.
